I took my car in there for an issue that I noticed while driving my car and also a technician at a different place noticed it while driving my car as well. The issue I took my car in for happened on the way to the dealership, but when they called me after I left it there with them to be diagnosed and fixed, they told me they couldn’t verify that it was happening, that they didn’t notice anything while driving it. So I went to pick my car up and drove away, and the issue happened again. So I am confused as to how they “ cannot “ verify that it is happening. Also the guy on the phone tried blaming the issue of my car on the “ road conditions “. Very very dissatisfied. I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership & I feel as if I cannot even take my vehicle to get serviced by them anymore, because I am made to feel as if there is nothing wrong with my car when I am not the only person noticing it. It is just them who “ cannot “ notice it.
